Former PM David Cameron lands his first regular paid job working just three days a month for US financial tech giant

The ex-Prime Minister signed up with First Data, a firm with a £9billion annual turnover which handles 2,800 transfers a second across the world.

But because he is no longer in Number Ten he will not have to declare how much he is paid.

New York-based First Data described him as one of the “most prominent global influencers of the early 21st century”.

Mr Cameron, 51, will help it explore new markets after joining its in­t­ernational advisory board.

The former Tory leader left Parliament in September last year. He al­rea­­dy earns up to £100,000 a time for speaking worldwide and is said to have signed an £800,000 deal to write his memoirs.
