CAPTURING NEMO-MENT

Clownfish with eyes peering out of their mouths and a cheeky fox making off with an egg headline Wildlife Photographer of the Year

There were almost 50,000 entries from professionals and amateurs from 92 countries

FROM Africa to the Arctic, the seas to the sky, these are some of the incredible pictures put forward for this year’s Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition.

Qing Lin, from China, captured these clown fish – just like the ones in the kids’ movie Finding Nemo – in Indonesia. Remarkably, each has the eyes of a parasitic isopod visible in its mouth.
