TERRIFYING footage shows a clown peering into a family home as Stephen King's It film is released - sparking fears the killer clown craze that swept the globe last year could be about to return.
The video, filmed in Wisconsin, America, features a clown holding a set of balloons like the creepy lead character of Pennywise in the horror story.
It stands still, ominously, before moving slowly towards the front door of the house.
The solitary figure can be seen clutching balloons, in what appears to be the middle of the night.
Once on the doorstep it peers into the camera - while in full clown costume - before turning and walking slowly away from the home.
The footage was filmed in June, demonstrating that while the craze died down after taking over the world in October last year, people were still intent on taking on the killer clown persona.
This is sure to continue as the adaptation of King's 1986 novel is released.
It tells the story of seven children who are taunted by a shape-shifting form called 'It', but usually takes the form of a clown called Pennywise.
