Young mum, 22, banned from Yorkshire Wetherspoons for ‘leaving dirty NAPPIES on table and taking her bra off in toilets’

Furious mother claimed pub staff told her that they had CCTV evidence of her 'lobbing soiled nappies around the toilet'.

A YOUNG mum and her five-month-old son have been banned for life from her local Wetherspoons after she was accused of "leaving dirty NAPPIES on the table and her bra in the toilets".

Celia Kelly, 22, and her child Jayson have been barred from the boozer in Goole, East Yorks, over claims they are "too messy".

The mum-of-one claimed the pub's deputy manager frogmarched her outside on August 15 when she tried to order food, with her pal Ellie, because of the alleged mess she left the toilets in previously.

She claimed staff said they had CCTV evidence of her "taking her bra off and lobbing soiled nappies across the toilets".

The mum-of-one, a carer who visited the pub regularly, slammed the accusations as "100 per cent untrue".

She blasted: "How can my five-month-old make all that mess? I'm furious with it - he's not big enough to even sit in a high chair."

"It's all unbelievable.

"I'm not exactly flat chested, if you know what I mean, so people would know if I had taken my bra off.

"I mean why would I throw dirty nappies around? Why? I just couldn't believe it - I still can't."

A spokesperson for JD Wetherspoons confirmed that Celia was banned and that it "supported" the decision which was due to her previous visit.

"The reason for the exclusion is due to the amount and type of mess, which was left in the customer area, on and around the tables, on the seats and floor, including dirty nappies, which were also left in the toilets," said a spokesperson from Wetherspoons.

"The pub staff and management are extremely proud of their high standards of cleanliness.

"We accept that a certain amount of mess is to be expected, however, this was an unacceptable level and a clear disregard for fellow customers and pub staff.

"Additionally, the CCTV cameras do not cover the public bathrooms."

Meanwhile, one gran loves Wetherspoons pubs so much that she has toured the UK to drink in 455, but she might not have been keen on this Spoons venue where horrified drinkers filmed a rat roaming around the pub.
