WOULD YOU BUY IT?

Three-bedroom terraced house boasting a large garden and two bathrooms could be yours for just £140k – but there’s something very wrong with it

Just when you thought you'd found the perfect house, there's a twist...

THIS charming three-bedroom terraced property appears to be the ideal family home - but there's something very wrong with it.

The £140,000 property is almost picture perfect with its large garden, office and two bathrooms in a quiet cul-de-sac in the North West of England.

But potential homeowners could be put off by the word nonce spray-painted across the front door, garden fence and house windows.

Scrawled next to a boarded up window by the door, the black and white wording was somehow overlooked when it appeared on an estate agent website today.

It highly recommends house-hunters to book in early viewings to the property, marketed by another property firm.

But both parties failed to point out the offensive graffiti covering the front of the house.

Instead, they just included a picture which appeared as the 12th photograph of 12 on both websites.

When the The Sun Online approached the estate agent about the listing, a spokesman said the image is "in the process of being removed" after being flagged up by their data-quality team.

It was missing from the website moments later.

The property is being priced at £140,000.

There is no suggestion that any tenants of the property have been convicted of any offences.

The agent refused to comment when approached this afternoon.

Earlier this month Rightmove cheekily listed a lovely four-bed Georgian mansion that is actually a doll's house.

The listing asked buyers to make "any offer" on the home that "comes with its own orchard".

While last week a fixer-upper home in East Ayrshire went on sale for £10,000 - with a hot pink interior and bathroom with pink carpet, pink wallpaper, pink tiles and a purple door with a pink handle.
