Rightmove lists charming four-bedroom Georgian house in ‘picturesque village’ boasting its own ORCHARD – but there’s a twist

RIGHTMOVE has listed a property with a difference - a charming four-bed Georgian mansion that is actually a DOLL'S HOUSE.

The cheeky listing, which emerged on its website, asks buyers to make "any offer" on the home that "comes with its own orchard".

The Rightmove description says: "A classic Georgian House in a quiet location situated in a popular village in South Warwickshire with many original traditional features.

"Accommodation comprises reception hallway, drawing room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with dressing room and en suite bathroom."

It goes on to state: "Three further bedrooms, family bathroom, two second floor rooms and bathroom with potential for further accommodation.

"Garage, coach house, gardens, orchard and paddock in total amounting to approximately two acres."

The catalogue also boasts about the property's open fireplace and kitchen Aga, along with a string of "original features".

Along with the description, the listing includes a "school checker" and a mortgage repayment calculator.

Only in the small print does it reveal that it is in fact a doll's house measuring just 75cm high and 90cm wide.

Recently a mum was left red-faced after she ordered a "bargain" eBay tupperware without realising is was 2cm-high doll's house furniture.

The listing has now gone viral on the internet with many praising Rightmove for the "hilarious" ad.

Facebook user Rowan said: "Thought I'd found bargain of century with Georgian mansion only to find it's a dolls house. Still probably bigger than my 1-bed shoebox tho…"

Anya Taylor posted: "Hilarious Rightmove posting dolls house. Bet some Russian oligarch still makes an offer!"

Peter Clarke & Co Estate Agents in Shipston-on-Stour, Warks., said it created the listing in a bid to raise money for a local nursing home.

A spokesman said: "It is worth mentioning that a unique feature of the property is the roof and front elevations swing open to reveal beautiful accommodation set on three floors, and it is part furnished.
