She filmed herself at the wheel while her sister Jacqueline and a pal, 14, sat in the back on Friday, police said.

The grim footage shows Obdulia losing control of the car and smashing into barbed wire on Highway 165.

Later, she is seen shaking her sister's lifeless body, saying: "I killed my sister, but I don't care.

"I killed my sister. I know I'm going to prison, but I don't care. I'm sorry baby."

Relatives said Jacqueline was preparing for her 15th birthday celebrations.

"She was in the back seat of the vehicle and allegedly unseatbelted, and upon the vehicle rolling over, it ejected her and killed her," Sheriff Vern Warnke said.

The other unnamed 14-year-old is in hospital with serious injuries, reported.

Concerned viewer Mary Hernandez recorded the livestream as it was broadcast.

She told the channel: "At first we didn't even want to believe it was real.

"I recorded it and posted it mainly because as someone who uses Snapchat I see a lot of people driving with their Snapchats doing what she was doing so to me it was like an eye opener."

Sanchez is in custody facing charges of manslaughter and driving under the influence.

Her grieving family have set up a page to raise money for Jacqueline's funeral.
