A MODEL narrowly avoided being electrocuted after a bikini shoot in the sea went wrong.
Tawny Jordan, who hails from the US, was filming a segment in the Spanish island of Ibiza in a white one-piece.
As the waves crash behind her, Tawny says: "That's a lot of water.
"Everyone's really friendly and we're here for the same things, you know?"
However she is cut short when a huge wave appears from no where and sweeps the model off her feet.
The cameraman can be heard shouting in the background: "No, no no. Get up, get up."
Another man can then be seen rushing to help Tawny back on her feet who then says "it's not my fault".
Tawny decided to post the video on Instagram and has been viewed more than 30,000 times.
A number of fans have spotted the potential danger Tawny was in.
One wrote: "Good way to get electrocuted these fools didn't tell you that part did they?"
Another said: "Omg is that even safe! Glad you didn't get shocked or anything."
In June, it was reported how five people were electrocuted at a water park in Turkey.
Three children were caught up in an electrical current as they swam in the pool in Akyazi, north west Turkey.
Mehmet Kaya, 58, and his son Kadir Kaya, 30, were also killed after they jumped into the pool to try and save the tragic teens.
All five were rushed to hospital but doctors were unable to save them.
A sixth person received hospital treatment for injuries.
