Prince Charles’ former school Gordonstoun contacts ex-pupils to ask if they were abused as students
The school Charles once described as ‘Colditz in kilts’ is no taking a proactive approach against ‘bad experiences’
PRINCE Charles' former school has urged 3,000 ex-pupils to report any abuse they suffered there.
Principal Lisa Kerr said Gordonstoun had to "learn the lessons of the past" and called on victims to come forward, according to the .
It comes after the junior school near Lossiemouth in Moray faced allegations two years ago.
Ms Kerr said: "If you had a bad experience please come forward.
"If things happened which were criminal please report them."
Charles has described his time at the school as like "Colditz in kilts".
Prince Philip and Prince Andrew were also pupils.
Ms Kerr said: "We have been incredibly proactive in contacting our alumni and saying 'If you had a bad experience please come forward'," she said.
"If things happened which were criminal please report them to the police, and Police Scotland have been very supportive."

Last year the school began working with the Centre for Excellence for Looked After Children in Scotland (Celcis), a government programme run by Strathclyde University, to consult those former pupils who had been affected and to improve the support needed by them.
Writing in the most recent alumni magazine, the school's chairman, Eve Poole, expressed her support for the Scottish abuse inquiry and included its contact details.
Former pupils also include Lossiemouth's Olympic gold medal-winning rower Heather Stanning.
The Sun Online contacted the school but no-one was available to comment at the time of publishing.
