THESE are the first pictures of five people electrocuted in a Turkey water park - including the hero dad and son owners who jumped in to save teens.

Three children were caught up in an electrical current as they swam in the pool in Akyazi, north west Turkey, yesterday.

Brave owner Mehmet Kaya, 58, and his son Kadir Kaya, 30, were also killed after they jumped into the pool to try and save the tragic teens.

All five were rushed to hospital but doctors were unable to save them.

A sixth person received hospital treatment for injuries.

The three young victims have been named as Gokay Yildirim, aged 12, Nurullah Unluturk, 15, and Mert Kalic, 17.

Staff at the water park - 93 miles east of Istanbul - later cut power at the resort after the horror.

Two other people were hurt after touching metal railings near the pool, according to local media.

Police officers are currently investigating what caused the deaths, Dogan reported.

It added that the park lacked a residual current breaker that shuts down power to prevent electrical shocks.
