A MAN has been left fighting for his life after an early morning "disturbance" in the centre of Glasgow.
Cops raced to the scene on Argyle Street after the alarm was raised at around 1am.
Police have confirmed that a 32-year-old man was rushed to Glasgow Royal Infirmary where medics describe his condition as "life threatening".
Officers said that another man, 19, had been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
Police threw up cordons close to the entrance of Argyll Arcade, closing off part of the busy street.

Uniformed officers remained on the scene early on Saturday morning while their investigation continued.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "We received reports of a disturbance on Argyle Street in the centre of Glasgow around 1am on Saturday morning.
"A 32-year-old man was taken to Glasgow's Royal Infirmary where his condition is described as life threatening.
"A 19-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident."
