Manchester recovered from the Blitz, rebuilt after the IRA attack, and we’ll come back from this
WITH any terror attack you feel angry, heartbroken and frustrated.
When it happens on your doorstep, you can’t help taking it personally.
Monday night’s suicide attack left me feeling sick.
I know it’s happening every day all over the world, but when it happens in your town, it really hits home.
I had tickets for the gig and my wife and I were taking my two daughters Pearl, who is nine, and Lulu who is eight.
We didn’t go because we had an ice cream and then the girls were happy playing out.
But a month earlier we had been to the MEN Arena to watch Little Mix, so it feels very close.
The people of Manchester are strong and they will rebuild.
