The YouGov survey puts the Tories down to 44 per cent and Labour up to 35 per cent.
It is the smallest advantage recorded for the Prime Minister this year.
The slide came as she unveiled her plans to reform the care system and means-test the winter fuel allowance.
A separate Survation poll shows the Conservatives on 46 per cent — down five per cent. It has Labour on 34.
The average Tory poll lead was 17 points just a week ago.
Last night a Tory minister told the Sunday Times: “We need to get off care and pensioner benefits and start talking about the calamity of Corbyn again.”
