Tottenham fan caught celebrating team’s final game at White Hart Lane ‘by snorting drugs on the pitch’

A TOTTENHAM fan looks to have been caught red-handed saying goodbye to White Hart Lane by appearing to snort a line of drugs.

The football supporter – allowed onto the pitch with thousands of other home fans to celebrate Spurs’ last game at the famous ground – bends over and appears to sniff a substance off a flat surface held by another man.

He clutches his bottle of lager to his chest as he inhales through a rolled-up piece of paper – possibly a bank note – as his Spurs-shirt wearing pal holds a souvenir flag and looks away.

The image – which shows a steward in the background and hundreds of people still in the stands - was posted on the football-dedicated Instagram page Casualultra with the caption ‘White Hart Line’.

Their faces were pixilated out on the social media page to save their blushes – and possible arrest for possession of Class A drugs.

A comment posted under the picture – which Sun Online has not been able to verify - said: “How to say goodbye at White Hart Lane in style!”

But one follower said simply: “Idiots.”

The club said an emotional farewell to their home of 118-years on Sunday.

They played 2533 matches there, winning 1472 of them. Demolition work on the ground has already started.

Spurs will spend a minimum of one season at Wembley Stadium before returning to north London and their new 61,599 capacity home.

And they gave the old place the perfect send off with victory against Manchester United.
