Harrowing footage shows distraught toddler grasping at legs of passed-out parents slumped ‘drunk’ on a pavement
Cops in the Ukrainian city had already warned the parents earlier that day
A HARROWING video showing a crying infant desperately try to wake up his "drunk" and comatose parents has emerged online.
The toddler wails as his parents sit slumped with their heads on their chests outside a block of flats in the south-eastern Ukrainian city of Zaporozhye.

Shockingly the incident was the second time cops had been called out to the parents that day.
Earlier, officers had found the pair passed out and surrounded by drinks in what appears to be a park as their son sat in his pram nearby. His bottle lay among his parents' discarded glasses.
After this incident they were cautioned and sent on their way, reports .

But just hours later cops were called again to discover the tot grasping his father's leg as he sits dead to the world on a step.
Officers picked up the dismayed toddler, put him back in his buggy and hauled the 28-year-old couple back to the police station.
The parents – who have not been named by police – are being investigated on child neglect and cruelty charges.
Ukrainian social media users were horrified at the danger the couple had placed their vulnerable son in.
The footage, recorded on a cop's chest camera, was released by police as a warning to other parents.
