Tories re-hire Jim Messina, Obama strategy man behind Cam’s 2010 win, for snap poll campaign

Messina helped secure shock win in 2015, but had his copybook blotted by Brexit defeat

THERESA May has hired the man who helped mastermind David Cameron’s 2015 victory for her election team.
