THIS is the dramatic moment a cheating hubby and his mistress are caught and then brutally battered by the man’s wife.
Tense footage captured the betrayed wife starting a full-scale assault at the pair who were caught off guard leaving the mistress’s apartment in Novosibirsk, Russia.

The video - which shows the bungling husband make a dire effort to defend his mistress from getting beaten up - was shared online on 29 January.
Recorded by a doorbell camera, footage shows the husband leaving the lovenest first, seemingly unaware that his furious wife is waiting outside in the freezing cold.
He is then suddenly attacked by her in the snow-covered street, catching a tough hook to the head before getting his hood pulled down.
In a fit of rage, the wife appears to pack quite a punch as she continues to batter her husband who barely tries to fight back and makes futile attempts to shield himself.

Seconds later, the mistress - wearing an orange scarf and a dark backpack - can be seen leaving the apartment, shocked to see her Casanova being brutally pummelled by his wife.
She freezes in complete shock at the sight, before the wife makes a rapid dash toward her and lands a direct blow to her face.
Continuing the assault, she grabs the mistress’s hair bun and yanks it back whilst the desperate husband clumsily attempts to break up the altercation by getting between the two.
The wife manages to drag the blundering pair away from the door and towards the road, before the tussle is broken up.

But as the mistress decides she has had enough and starts to retreat back inside her home, the fast and furious wife makes a second bolt towards her, catching up and slamming her nose against the wall of the building.
The dazed mistress holds her nose in agony, checking to see if she is bleeding.

Meanwhile, the husband yet again takes a barrage of well-deserved punches.
After checking her nose the mistress lowers her blood-covered hand.
A neighbour then appears to return from a walk with his dog, looking confused as he walks past the three combatants.
None of the people in the video have been named, but local media reported that the husband previously told his wife that he would be out of town on a business trip that day.
But after spotting her two-timing husband in a karaoke bar with another woman, she realised that the trip was a front and decided to go and confirm her suspicions.
It is not known whether or not the police were alerted to the incident.
