Michael Buble’s wife reveals her relief at son Noah’s ‘miracle’ recovery from liver cancer
MICHAEL Buble’s wife has spoken of her relief at their three-year-old son Noah’s “miracle” recovery from liver cancer.
Actress Luisana Lopilato broke her silence on the tot’s five-month cancer battle to say: “Thank God, my son is well”.
Despite Noah’s successful chemo sessions, Luisana said his recovery will be a long process because he has to continue with check-ups.
“We are very happy. We are looking forward to thinking about the future, to seeing our children grow,” she told a press conference for her new film in her native Argentina.
“Seeing Noah grow and being happy gave me the strength to return and finish this film.
“My faith in the fact God had a miracle helped me. I became strong so my son would get better. I transmitted that to all my friends and family.”
She added: “My son’s recovery is a long process as you all know and he has to continue with check-ups.”
The mum-of-two thanked family, friends and fans for their continued support over the past few months since Noah’s diagnosis last November.
“When things like those that happened to us occur, your take on life changes,” she said.
“It happened to us. Now I value life much more, the now and the today. Thanks God, my son is well.
“I would like to thank people for their support, for the prayers they said, for their love.
“And I want them to know that they reached us and that it helped us a lot to come through this.

“But the love is daily, when people stop me in the street. It’s wonderful to know that you’re accompanied in life and that people love you.”
She flew back to Argentina last month with Michael, Noah and their youngest son, Elias.
Most of the updates on Noah’s health has come from statement on his parents' Facebook pages.
The famous couple confirmed Noah had cancer last November, admitting: “We are devastated.
“We have always been very vocal about the importance of family and the love we have for our children.
“Luisana and I have put our careers on hold in order to devote all our time and attention to helping Noah get well.”
In February, an Argentinian journalist went on TV to say the tot’s aunt Daniela Lopilato had told him in a text message: “The cancer has gone” after chemotherapy and an op to remove Noah’s tumour.
Michael and Luisana then wrote on Facebook: “We are so grateful to report that our son Noah has been progressing well during his treatment.
"The doctors are very optimistic about the future for our little boy.
“He has been brave throughout, and we continue to be inspired by his courage.
“We thank God for the strength he has given all of us. Our gratitude to his doctors and caretakers cannot be put into words.
“We’d like to thank the thousands of people that have sent their prayers and good wishes to us. As we continue this journey, we are greatly comforted by your support and love.”
Noah is understood to have been diagnosed with liver cancer although his parents have never spoken about what type of cancer he has been treated for.
Luisana is expected to fly back to Los Angeles with Noah for a check-up in around two weeks.
Michael, 41, cancelled his work commitments, including plans to host the Brit Awards following their son’s diagnosis.
