Fears for missing couple, 26 & 31, who vanished from high street as cops issue CCTV & family beg ‘we just want you home’

Rebecca's sister makes heartbreaking appeal

COPS are frantically searching for a missing couple who vanished from a high street as they issue CCTV in a bid to find them.

Rebecca Smallcalder, 26, and Louis Bond, 31, were last seen in the Brompton area of Gillingham, Kent, on Monday at around 2.30pm.

Louis is described as being white, 5ft 5ins, of slim build and with a shaved head.

He was wearing a black woollen hat, orange and black workman’s trousers, black boots and carrying a black rucksack, say cops.

Louis was also wearing a reflective jacket that he is thought to have since discarded.

Kent Police described Rebecca as being white, of slim build, 5ft 11ins with dark hair which she wears in a ponytail.

Rebecca was allegedly wearing a black top, black trousers and light blue or green shoes.

She was also carrying a plastic bag containing books and a grey handbag.

Her heartbroken sister shared the police appeal on Facebook and wrote: "Could everyone please look out for my sister.

"We just want you home Becky, we love you so much."

Chief Inspector Garry Cook said: "Our enquiries to locate Louis led us to identify that Rebecca had not been seen after leaving work on the same day.

"We have identified they were together in Gillingham High Street during the afternoon of Monday 6 January.

"We are very concerned for their welfare and are urging members of the public to contact us if they see either of them."
