Putin’s ‘Naked General’ caught sending X-rated vids AGAIN to women while letting thousands of troops to die on frontline
Russian insiders think the general's mind should be more on his troops and less on his trunk
A TOP Russian general has been caught out again sending X-rated videos to women - even as his men die on the frontline.
General Alexander Matovnikov, 59, deputy commander-in-chief of Russian ground forces, is being blamed for Russia’s looming failure to take back the Kursk region by the end of the year.

Now it has emerged that whilst his troops are being slaughtered on the battlefield, Alexander has been flaunting his bits on camera to send to a mystery woman.
The skin-crawling footage shows Alexander standing with an open towel robe, hands on hips, before lowering the camera to expose the full horror.
He then adopts a lunge position and takes hold of his Russian tackle - a real handful for Putin.
In the revealing video, he promises the woman: “We can come here next week, on Saturday, and take a steam bath.

“It is a very soft bath, very pleasant.
“The only thing is that you need some kind of shoes, the floors here are full of holes."
Thankfully, the general does not exhibit any of said holes to the camera.
“But it’s an excellent bathhouse - magnificent, very good.”

Allowing his gown to hang open to display his bazooka, the de-robed general tells her: “The boy is waiting for you very much.
“He misses you very much.”

In a second video the general stands completely naked, drying himself all over with a towel and quiffing up his hair.
Right at the end the general darts the camera down to his manhood and makes a kissing sound.
This is not the first time that Alexander, widely known as a ladies’ man, has been caught red-handed and bare-bottomed.
In a similar scandal in February last year, a video of him dancing around in the buff circulated whilst a £274 million Russian spyplane was downed in a drone attack in Belarus.
Putin failed to take any disciplinary action despite a wave of negative publicity.
Ukrainian media suggested Matovnikov was prancing around in the sauna when the spy plane was attacked by Belarussian activists.
Ukrainian outlet Union said: “The stripper in the video is the deputy commander of the [Russian] Ground Forces, former presidential envoy Alexander Matovnikov.
“As you can see, ‘the best’ representatives of [Russian] generals were sent to support Alexander [Lukashenko].
“We should not be surprised by what happened at Machulischi airfield in Belarus.”
Matovnikov has a string of military honours to his name, and he has been pictured standing alongside Putin.
At the time of the first scandal, his second wife was in Dubai boasting of how she was enjoying the “beautiful life” outside Russia.
Concerns have been raised inside Russia that Alexander is not up to the task of clearing Ukrainian forces out of the Kursk region by the end of the year in line with targets.
Telegram channel VChK-OGPU said the nudie officer was too busy “constantly inspecting private sauna complexes and sending out **** pics.”
General Valery Gerasimov has set a target for Russia to expel Ukrainian forces from the Kursk region by the end of the year.

This currently looks unlikely, and Alexander’s antics will do nothing to restore faith.
The “Naked General” has been married twice and has three children.
