DRAMATIC footage has captured the moment more than 20 thrillseekers were left dangling when a ride broke down.
Revelers were stuck on the Sol Spin ride at Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park, California, for over two hours on Monday before they were rescued.
Video, obtained by the ABC affiliate , showed passengers leaning as the ride stopped working.
Aerial shots taken by the network showed passengers suspended in the air as they were strapped into their safety harnesses.
But none were hanging upside down.
Safety crews scrambled to bring the thrillseekers to safety as they managed to lower the ride's arms to the ground.

The Sol Spin has six arms, each rotating at 360-degree angles.
Its arms twist and turn independently of each other.
The ride broke down at around 2pm, and all 22 passengers were rescued by 4:30.
However, two women were whisked to the hospital as a precaution, a park spokesperson told The U.S. Sun.

Some riders limped away from the scene of the broken-down ride, according to KABC.
One person was taken away in a wheelchair.
Park officials are investigating what caused the ride to break down.
"At approximately 2:00 pm, the Sol Spin ride experienced technical difficulties causing the ride to stop mid cycle," a spokesperson told The U.S. Sun.
"We followed the ride manufacturer’s and Knott’s’s emergency procedures to safety evacuate the 22 guests by 4:30.
"Out of an abundance of caution, two female guests were transported to the hospital for further evaluation."
The Sol Spin ride opened to the public in 2017, and theme park goers must be at least four and a half feet tall to ride it.
The ride malfunction comes after a rollercoaster, known as The Cyclone, broke down at a theme park in Coney Island, New York.

Officials closed the coaster after it stalled in August while they investigated the incident, but it reopened two weeks later.
Investigators revealed a damaged chain sprocket caused the ride to stall out.
Thrillseekers have been going on The Cyclone since 1927, and the coaster reaches a speed of 60mph.
The Cyclone is the second-steepest wooden rollercoaster in the world, according to officials.
