Footage shows a man trying to move the parked moped from the middle of the road.

He is seen leaning on the heavy moped in a bid to shove it out of the way.
But the moped topples over onto the tarmac - just as a helmeted man comes into view.

None the wiser, the man in the road gives up and starts walking back to the pavement.

The helmeted man is seen sprinting over to him - with bystanders heard shouting: "Man on, man on!"
He then springs into the air and launches a kung-fu kick at the other man's back.
The fly kick instantly floors the other man, who is left lying in the road as a car glides past.
Eyewitnesses said the man was trying to start the moped before the bizarre scenes unfolded.
