Inside £142m superyacht built like a floating NYC-style luxury hotel with VIP stateroom & space for ‘limo’ tender boat
A LUXURIOUS superyacht designed to look like a floating New York City opulent hotel has been put on the market for an eye-watering £142 million.
This five-star inspired Feadship One vessel with its lavish additions is a far cry from your average boat.
This superyacht is 248 feet long and is based on an iconic New York City hotel.
The Paris-based design team behind this vessel, Gilles & Boissier, are known for their work on the Baccarat Hotel in the Big Apple.
Like its five-star counterpart, the Feadship One combines pleasure and purpose in the most luxurious way.
A lavish VIP stateroom that holds a private lounge and an integrated balcony is located on the main deck.

The floor above holds the master stateroom, which can fit 12 people, and features a terrace with a large jacuzzi and lounge area.
There are also four double staterooms on the lower deck.
Passengers will also have access to a large pool, hot tub, and gym.
The opulence does not end there as the yacht includes a touch-and-go helipad.

All forms of transport have been considered with this vessel as it includes space for a 30-foot-long limo tender and water sports equipment.
The grand space has given way for 18 crew members to fit onboard.
Despite its size, the new engine lets the vessel hit top speeds of over 15 knots (17 mph).
This hotel-style yacht is currently up for sale and will be ready for delivery in early 2025.
Thijs Orth, a designer at Studio De Voogt, where this yacht was planned, explained part of the creative process behind this masterpiece.
Orth said: “The brief was for a masculine design that was also timeless and elegant.
“The predominantly straight lines and bold forms are combined with subtly nuanced surfaces that catch the light and make the whole yacht interesting to look at.”
Orth added: “Masculine elegance is not an easy look to achieve, but ONE is robust yet sleek and chic at the same time.”
UP FOR SAIL
This vessel has not been the only multi-million dollar superyacht to hit the market.
A £150 million yacht inspired by a shark is up for grabs.
