AN urgent hunt has been launched for a man on the loose with a crossbow.
Cops have released CCTV pictures of the man - urging anyone who knows him to come forward.
The suspect approached a man in Bow, east London between 12pm and 12.30pm on October 21.
He started being "verbally aggressive" before threatening the man with a crossbow and fleeing the scene.
Snaps show a man in a dark hooded puffer jacket, black shoes and black trousers brandishing a crossbow.
Scotland Yard is probing whether the case could be linked to two attacks in nearby Shoreditch this March.

Detective Inspector Nikki Hardy said: "The victim in this case suffered no injuries but he was understandably shaken by what happened.
"We are now releasing an image of a man we wish to speak to in connection with this incident.
"We would urge everyone to look at the photo and think about whether they recognise him or know where he may be.
"Detectives are looking at whether there may be any connection between this and two attacks in Shoreditch in March this year."
