ISIS threatened vehicle massacre in heart of London in chilling graphic just days after Nice attack Bastille Day horror unfolded

TODAY'S attack in Westminster comes after a disturbing ISIS propaganda video was released that praised the Nice truck attack – and threatened a copycat killing in London

The chilling footage, released in the aftermath of last summer's Nice attacks, used computer graphics showing the distance the 19-tonne lorry travelled during the horrifying Bastille Day massacre.

Former PM David Cameron features prominently in the video

ISIS has since claimed responsibility for the London terror attack.

Witnesses saw a car mowed down a dozen pedestrians on Westminster Bridge before crashing into the gates outside Parliament.

The method of killing bore chilling similarities with a cowardly tactic used by ISIS.

But in the video released just days after the Nice attack images of London landmarks appear on screen alongside former Prime Minister David Cameron.

The terrifying clip shows a brainwashed fanatic wielding a gun who turns to the camera and says: "This is a gift to Francois Hollande."

Another picture of Cameron is shown on screen with the caption: "You'll taste the terror in your countries."

ISIS extremists militants Abu Abdil and Abu Idris also feature making threats against western democracies.

Dramatic pictures show bloodied bodies littering Westminster bridge and the vicinity outside Parliament as heroic bystanders desperately try to save the lives of those injured.

Two people have been seen lying within Old Palace Yard, immediately outside Westminster Hall – one of whom is thought to be the attacker.

Earlier reports suggested sounds of an explosion were heard but this has not been confirmed.

Pedestrians reportedly jumped into the River Thames in a bid to escape the horror unfolding in the tourist hotspot.
