DONALD Trump's crushing election victory means he is soon set to have the power to release UFO secrets.

Transparency champion Rep. Tim Burchett has revealed he's had "signals" from Trump that his return to the White House would mean more information on the phenomena would be disclosed.

It comes as a new hearing on aliens is set to be held in the House on Wednesday which could see fresh details emerge with a former Naval commander set to testify.

Following his victory last week, President-elect Trump is also beginning to appoint his top team and outline his foreign policy - reportedly warning Vladimir Putin about Ukraine.

And Trump celebrated his clean sweep of the battleground states by playing a round of golf with granddaughter Kai and Elon Musk.

The president-elect officially flipped Arizona back to the red column on Sunday and finished the election with a stonking 312 electoral college votes.

    Jamal Simmons, who worked for the Vice President's office in 2022, has publicly plotted how his former boss could still lead the nation.

    He posted on X: "Joe Biden has been amazing but he should fulfill one last promise - to be transitional. Biden should resign and make Kamala Harris the first woman president.

    "It’d turn tables on Trump, keep Kamala from presiding over Jan 6 make it easier for next woman to run."

  • Who could be Trump's top diplomat?

    The Secretary of State position is highly coveted - with Trump revealing in his Joe Rogan interview that everyone in Washington wants it.

    America's top diplomat will have a tricky job on their hands finding a quick peace in Ukraine, supporting Israel in its proxy-war with Iran, and being tough on China.

    Several names have been thrown around including US Senators Marco Rubio and Bill Hagerty.

    The pair are both MAGA Republicans and close allies of Trump who share his world view.

    Several ambassadors who have strongly supported Trump could also be in the mix, including Ric Grenell and Robert O'Brien.

    O'Brien is responsible for having helped free rapper A$AP Rocky from a Swedish jail after an alleged brawl in Stockholm.

    While Grenell served as Trump's acting director of national intelligence - the first openly gay cabinet secretary in US history.

    The Shadow Foreign Secretary has written in The Sun saying the election of Trump must be welcomed and respected.

    But, she says, Labour have too often criticised the US "seeking the applause of the liberal establishment, leftie celebrities and a social media echo-chamber."

  • Kremlin denies reports that Trump and Putin spoke

    The Kremlin has denied Trump and Vladimir Putin spoke after his crushing election win.

    Trump reportedly urged the Russian not to escalate his war in Ukraine and reminded him of the US' military presence in Europe, the Washington Post and Reuters reported.

    But Vlad's spokesperson has now denied the call saying: "This is completely untrue. This is pure fiction, it's just false information.

    "There was no conversation."

    The dispute comes as Trump has pledged to end Russia's invasion of Ukraine, with one plan saying he will look to freeze the front line in place.

    Trump will return a bronze bust of UK wartime PM Winston Churchill to the Oval Office after it was removed by President Joe Biden.

    The Democrat had replaced the small statue with one of US union leader and civil rights activist Cesar Chavez.

    A source close to the incoming President said swapping the busts would be “one of the first things he will do”.

    They told the : “Donald idolises  and believes he’s the greatest leader the world has ever seen.

    "He will restore him to a position of honour.”

  • New Tory leader says Trump tariffs could 'kneecap' UK

    New Conservative Party leader Kemi Badenoch was warned Donald Trump's proposed tariffs could hammer Britain.

    She wrote in the Sunday Telegraph that Labour must ink a free trade agreement with the US before the tariffs are imposed on UK goods.

    Trump has pledged to slap tariffs of between 10 to 20 per cent on all imports to the US.

    That could price out many many exports including business services, cars, and medical and pharmaceutical products made in the UK.

    The outgoing commander-in-chief battled to find his footing walking through the relatively flat sand next to wife Dr Jill Biden on Sunday.

    A C-Span camera caught the worrying scene as the leader of the free world looked weak and appeared likely to fall.

    Donald Trump is said to have offered the role of UN ambassador to , .

    The job is highly desired in Washington as it represents America on the world stage and can be a stepping stone to higher office.

    Stefanik, from upper New York state, has been a staunch ally of Trump and is the fourth-ranking Republican in the House.

    She aggressively defended Trump during 2019 impeachment hearings with the president-elect describing her as a "star" at the time.

    In his first administration, the job went to Nikki Haley - who challenged Trump for the nomination in 2024.

  • Trump's new 'Border Czar': 'Pack your bags, illegals'

    Donald Trump has appointed Tom Homan with running the key job of deporting illegal migrants - a key plank of his campaign.

    Homan, 62, is a tough-talking former director of who told illegals while speaking at the Republican National Convention: "You better start packing now."

    He has also said if "Trump comes back in January, I'll be on his heels coming back, and I will run the biggest deportation force this country has ever seen. They ain't seen s*** yet."

    Homan is a former cop, border patrol agent, and investigator and was once described as the "intellectual father" of the child separation policy at the border.

  • House races inch forward

    Two more House of Representative races have now been called, taking the total to 214 seats for the Republicans and 203 for the Democrats.

    218 seats are needed for a majority and 18 seats are yet to be called.

    Republicans continue to lead in eight of those seats, according to AP, with Dems leading in 10.

  • Bitcoin surges past $80k for first time after Trump win

    Bitcoin has rocketed past $80,000 for the first time after Trump's election victory.

    It comes after it was confirmed Trump had won Nevada and Arizona - a clean sweep of all seven swing states.

    Bitcoin surged to an all-time high last week as Trump edged towards a White House return.

    It has continued to rise, and has now surpassed $80,000.

    Trump has become an ally of crytotraders, and counts Elon Musk among his friends.

    In September, he championed crypto as his latest business venture.

    He wrote on X: "Crypto is one of those things we have to do.

    "Whether we like it or not, I have to do it."

  • Harris' ex-comms director's scheme to make her president

    Kamala Harris' former communications director has suggested a wild idea to make her president before Trump's inauguration.

    Jamal Simmons said Joe Biden should resign and let the vice president take over.

    Simmons told CNN: "Joe Biden's been a phenomenal president, he's lived up to so many of the promises he's made.

    "There's one promise left that he could fulfill. Being a transitional figure.

    "He could resign the presidency in the next 30 days, make Kamala Harris the president of the United States.

    "It would absolve her from having to oversee the January 6 transition - of her own defeat."

  • Trump selects head of border and deportation policy

    Donald Trump has appointed Tom Homan as head of border and deportation policy.

    Homan served as acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement during Trump's previous presidency.

    Describing Homan as "the border czar", Trump said on Truth Social there's "nobody better at policing and controlling our border".

    The president-elect added that Homan "will be in charge of all Deportation of Illegal Aliens back to their Country of Origin."

    Trump ally and businessman Elon Musk endorsed Scott in the Senate majority leader race on Sunday after the party won control of the chamber.

    The future President of the United States has congratulated the US Marines on their 249th birthday.

    In an X post, Trump said: Happy 249th birthday to our great US Marines."

    He quote tweeted a post from the Marines which read: "Today, we celebrate 249 years of unmatched courage, unwavering dedication, and a legacy of service that has shaped our nation’s history."

    A video was also shared of various Marines footage from over the years including combat and training practices.

    The President-elext took to his Truth Social and X accounts to post a passionate plea to any future Republican's looking to lead the senate.

    He said: "Any Republican Senator seeking the coveted LEADERSHIP position in the United States Senate must agree to Recess Appointments (in the Senate!).

    "Without which we will not be able to get people confirmed in a timely manner.

    "Sometimes the votes can take two years, or more. This is what they did four years ago, and we cannot let it happen again.

    "We need positions filled IMMEDIATELY!

    "Additionally, no Judges should be approved during this period of time because the Democrats are looking to ram through their Judges as the Republicans fight over Leadership.

    "THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. THANK YOU!"

    "Money can’t buy you love or a good candidate," Republican political strategist Brad Todd told the Examiner.

    "What her campaign was missing was any effort to break with the unpopular administration she has been a part of."

    The Harris campaign reportedly paid Oprah Winfrey's Harpo Productions $1 million in October.

    Winfrey made a rare political endorsement and featured at Harris' final rally on the eve of the Election.

    Harris' campaign reportedly also spent six figures on the Call Her Daddy podcast and up to $20 million on swing state issues on the eve of the election.

  • Trump holds phone call with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz

    The President-elect held a phone call with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz on Sunday evening.

    It comes after reports that Donald Trump has spoken to President Putin and warned him against escalating the conflict in Ukraine.

    According to a German government spokesperson, Trump and Scholz discussed their views on the relationship between their two nations and the current geopolitical challenges.

    "The chancellor emphasised the German government’s willingness to continue the decades of successful cooperation between the two countries’ governments," the spokesperson said.

    "They also agreed to work together towards a return to peace in Europe."

    Republican senator John Barrasso has labelled Donald Trump as the "comeback king" after his momentous return to office.

    Barrasso told NBC News's Meet The Press: "He has come back from two impeachments, from being dragged through the courts, from getting shot and he won with over 300 electoral votes, and a majority of the people.

    "I am hoping, as a result of this huge landslide victory we get a little more cooperation from the Democrats in getting that cabinet in place for day one."

    President-elect Donald Trump has been seen back on the golf course after his sweeping election win.

    Trump was joined by his young granddaughter Kai - an avid golfer - as the pair spent Sunday together.

    Cute snaps show the duo with huge grins on their faces as Trump dons his classic MAGA hat but in white.

    He is also kitted out in a white Trump 2024 polo.

    Kai posted two snaps to her X account alongside the caption "Sundays with Grandpa".

    Less than an hour later another picture appeared on her social media of a suited up Elon Musk also on the course.

    Musk was joined by his son X-AE-A12 who was posing with a golf ball in his hand.

    Kai cleverly captioned the image: "Elon achieving uncle status."

    It is believed that Trump 78, was banned from playing golf by the Secret Service as they couldn't ensure his safety on the course.

  • Trump issues warning to Putin in phone call with the Kremlin

    The President-elect has held his first phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin since he won the election, according to reports.

    A source familiar with the matter told that Donald Trump issued a warning to Putin telling him not to escalate the conflict in Ukraine.

    The incoming president reminded Putin of "Washington's sizeable military presence in Europe," the source said.

    The pair reportedly spoke about the prospect of ending the war in Ukraine, which Trump previously claimed he could do within 24 hours.

    On Friday, the Kremlin broke said that Putin was ready to speak with Trump about Ukraine after he remained silent following Trump's win.

    However, this readiness to have a discussion did not mean that Russia's demands to end the conflict had changed, the Kremlin stated.

    These demands are to see Ukraine stop trying to join NATO and that it surrender the four territories held by Russia.

  • Democrat blame game continues as Bernie Sanders doubles down on remarks after Trump's win

    Bernie Sanders has stood by his claims that it was unsurprising the Democrats were abandoned by working-class voters after he accused the party of "abandoning" them first.

    The Vermont senator said that the working people in America are "angry" which saw friend and ally Nancy Pelosi hit out saying that she did not "agree" or "respect" his comments.

    "Nancy is a friend of mine, and we’ve worked together on many issues, but here is the reality," Sanders told MSNBC’s Meet The Press as he doubled down on his comments.

    "I have to say to Nancy, in the Senate, in the last two years, we have not even brought forth legislation to raise the minimum wage to a living wage, despite the fact that some 20 million people in this country are working for less than $15 an hour.

    "Bottom line, if you’re an average working person out there, do you really think that the Democratic party is going to the mat… and fighting for you?

    "I think the overwhelming answer is no. And that is what it’s got to change."

  • Incoming administration has no space for 'war hawks,' says Donald Trump Jr

    Donald Trump Jr has weighed in on the discussion of who will and will not be part of the incoming president's Cabinet.

    He has declared that there will be no place for "war hawks" in the White House under his father's leadership which could spell trouble for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

    "Agreed 100 100 100!!! I'm on it," Trump Jr on X as he shared a post about keeping "all neocons and war hawks out of the Trump administration."

    "They have had their time at the table and brought nothing but disaster to the world and this country," the post continued.

    This continued pressure spells trouble for Ukraine after Trump has vowed to bring a swift end to the war with Russia.

    Critics say this could be done via Russian appeasement rather than reclaiming Ukrainian territory.

  • Democrat governors slammed by Trump-Vance team after vowing to fight new policies

    Trump-Vance transition spokesperson Karoline Leavitt has slammed Democratic governors including Gov. Gavin Newsom, Gov. JB Pritzker and Gov. Kathy Hochul for being "out of touch."

    Since Trump's staggering win which saw some of the largest shifts in Blue areas to Trump, including in New York and California, Democrats have vowed to push back against the incoming President's policies.

    Newson promised to "safeguard California values and fundamental rights in the face of an incoming Trump administration."

    Illinois Gov. Pritzker warned that if "you come for my people, you come through me," when speaking of his fears that freedom, opportunities, and dignity will be taken from Illinoisans under Trump.

    Gov. Hochul announced the Empire State Freedom Initiative aimed at tackling "policy and regulatory" threats that may occur under Trump.

    She said she would be ready "to protect New Yorkers' fundamental freedoms from any potential threats."

    These Democratic governors are "out of touch with their own voters. They should open their eyes," Leavitt told .

    "The American people are done with these far-progressive policies. They want common sense."
