Horror as man, 36, stabbed to death near primary school with cops launching urgent hunt for two men
A 36-YEAR-OLD man has been stabbed to death near a primary school - with cops launching an urgent hunt for two men.
Paramedics battled to save the man after scrambling to reports of a stabbing in Plymouth at around 2.30pm yesterday.
He was pronounced dead at the scene despite their best efforts and his next of kin have been informed.
Cops are now urgently hunting two men "whose identities are known" over the stabbing.
A weapon thought to have been used in the attack has been seized by officers.
Detective Chief Inspector Steve Fleetwood said: "Cordons are in place around Cambridge Road and police units remain in the area.

"I wish to make the public aware we are looking to locate two men in relation to this incident."
He added: "Their identities are known, and enquiries are ongoing to find them.
"At this time, I would like to reassure the community and further afield in Plymouth.
"There is no suggestion that there is a wider risk to members of the public.
