Missing Brit Kris Finney, 31, who vanished in Tenerife is FOUND after four days with family ‘so relieved’
A BRIT man who had gone missing while holidaying in Tenerife has finally been found.
Kris Finney from Lancashire flew to the Spanish island last Thursday to meet a pal, but was reported missing after not being heard from for four days.
He was found on Monday by a local shopkeeper who helped him after he was left with no money and a shattered phone.
His aunt Debbie Kenyon told The BBC: "We are so relieved. We were sick with worry.
"He told me his phone had broken and he had no money or way of getting in touch with us."
Aunt Debbie said Kris was set to be away for a week and flew to the island on Thursday morning, arriving on Thursday afternoon.

He contacted his mum to confirm he arrived at the holiday hotspot but said he was running out of phone battery, according to the .
But the electrician failed to meet up with the pal.
It is understood the young Brit was staying at Casa Natalia, in the Armeñime area of western Tenerife.
Photos of Kris and details of his last known whereabouts had been shared on the Missing Persons Tenerife group on Facebook.
An FCDO Spokesperson previously said: "We are supporting the family of a British Man reported missing in Spain and are in contact with the local authorities."
The man's disappearance echoes the case of Jay Slater which made headlines across the world this summer after the teen went missing on the island.
The young Brit had left an Airbnb in the remote village of Masca hours after travelling there with two men he'd met at a music festival.
Authorities and volunteers conducted a massive search on the island with drones, dogs and a helicopter, for nearly a month.
But his body was tragically found after he fell to his death sometime after leaving the Airbnb.
A post-mortem conducted in the UK confirmed that Jay died because of traumatic head injuries, consistent with a "fall from height".
