A VILE double-life-sentence rapist is allowed to cruise around in public on a £3,000 motorbike — despite a judge’s chilling warning that he will strike again.

Nicky Suddons, 37, was caged for life at just 17 after a spree of horrific assaults in Manchester in 2004, including a brutal attack on a 13-year-old girl.

He also raped a woman, 28, his eldest victim, at knifepoint.

Prison bosses deemed him safe enough for “work experience” in 2014, but he confronted a middle-aged dog walker.

He was slapped with a second life sentence after being found guilty of attempted rape.

A judge warned he was “convinced” Suddons would “rape women in the future” if ever set loose again.

But prison chiefs have now decided to let him back onto the streets once more.

Last week, the sicko was spotted cruising into work on his £3,000 lime green Lexmoto LXR 125 sports bike.

He works several days a week at Bernard Matthews turkey factory in Holton, Suffolk — nearly 30 miles from his cushy cell at HMP Hollesley Bay.

The Category D jail has been dubbed “Holiday Bay” by lags because of its lax rules and constant escapees.

He refused to comment when confronted by The Sun outside a Tesco in nearby Martlesham after his eight-hour shift on Tuesday.

The red-faced rapist also refused to admit to his horror crimes and blusteringly claimed his name was “Nicky Ram”.

Moments earlier, he was spotted creeping up the supermarket aisles — loading up his trolley with orange juice, Coca-Cola and microwavable chicken.

Later that evening, his bike was spotted parked up inside the prison’s car park.

He prowled the cycle path on his mountain bike, targeting women and girls aged between 13 and 28 during a two-month reign of terror.

Suddons, who worked as a lifeguard at a health club, searched the internet for websites about rape.

Women across East Manchester refused to go out alone through fear of the “Yellow Brick Road rapist”.

Three years earlier, he was put on supervision for robbery and assault when he grabbed a 12-year-old girl and ordered her to take off her underwear before hitting her with a plank.

A former associate of Suddons told The Sun: “It beggars belief how they are letting this man back onto the streets.

“He has proven time and time again that if he is let out onto the streets he will sexually assault women.

“And yet he is allowed back out into the general public.”

Bernard Matthews Foods declined to comment when approached by The Sun.

The Ministry of Justice said: “Every prisoner on day release has been robustly risk-assessed and is subject to strict conditions which, if breached, can see them face extra jail time.
