Who is Andy Elliott?

Andy Elliott was born on October 21, 1979, in the United States.

His journey from struggling salesman to successful entrepreneur and mentor wasn't an easy one.

In his earlier years Andy struggled with stuttering, and in his own words was considered the "least likely to make it".

In June 2022, he told the : "I sucked. I stuttered. I literally was the least likely to make it. I mean, I'm just telling you, like the least likely to make it."

However, his determination to improve himself and learn from others set him on a trajectory of rapid growth.

When he was 18, his best friend's older brother offered him a job selling cars at a local dealership, promising Andy a potential income of $5,000 a month.

His career in the automotive industry began with an auspicious start — on his very first day as a car salesman he accidentally sold a car, surprising even his managers.

One of his managers gave Andy some life-changing advice.

He said: "I had a new manager who was hired on and he told me goes, 'Dude, I made $225,000 selling cars.

"You want to change your life, you want a different life from this year to next year there's three things have to happen: new information, a new person, new experiences."

Within a year Andy had bought a new house and a Corvette.

He said: "By the time I was 20, I'd made like $500,000 selling cars and I was just like, 'this is my way out'."

Jacqueline's influence on Andy's life and career has been significant.

Andy told the 1%ER podcast that when they first got together, she set out clear rules and expectations, providing the structure he needed to reach the next level on his business journey.

Becoming a multi-millionaire mentor

In 2019, Andy and his wife Jacqueline took a significant risk by quitting their jobs to start their own coaching company focused on sales and leadership.

The bold move paid off — they managed to achieve a nine-figure business in just three years.

They built their coaching company, The Elliott Group, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, from the ground up, taking risks and living below their means to achieve their goals.

While Andy excels in sales and motivation, Jacqueline brings essential organizational and strategic skills to their partnership.

Andy's success in sales training stems from his belief that "everybody sucks until they don't."
