Alabama girl, 19, charged with raping lad, 14, after they met at McDonalds and made a SEX TAPE before she fell pregnant

A pregnant 19-year-old was charged with rape after falling pregnant to her 14-year-old lover and making a sex tape with him.

Mekenzie Leigh Guffey, of Hollywood, Alabama, was arrested after she wrote that the schoolboy was the dad when she filled out medical forms.

Police Chief Jason Hepler said the pair met through a mutual friend at a McDonald’s in nearby Scottsboro in December and frequently had sex in her car.  Police said they found a video on Guffey’s mobile phone that showed the boy undressed.

Guffey has been charged with second-degree rape, second-degree sex abuse, enticing a child for immoral purposes, travelling to meet a child for unlawful sex acts, possession of child pornography and dissemination of child pornography, reports the .

The victim’s parents are being investigated after it emerged Guffey reportedly stayed at the boy’s home for weeks – apparently with their permission.

“She was bragging to everybody that she was pregnant by this boy,” Hepler said.

“She thought it was greatest thing, and then she found out we were involved and it was like ‘Oh, no’.”

Her grandmother Peggy Thompson, who raised Guffey from the age off 11, says the teen had a horrible early life thanks to her drug addict parents.

She graduated high school and found work at a rug factory, but her life went downhill when her grandfather Gilbert died and an injury stopped her from working.

Thompson, who said the boy looked a lot older than 14, told the : “She was just looking for someone to hold on to.”

Earlier this month Guffey posted a Facebook photo of her positive pregnancy test and wrote: “I found it a lot easier to announce it on here than texting all my family and friends individually, but welcoming my sweet little baby October 17th!”

Second degree rape can lead to a sentence of between two and 20 years in prison.

Guffey was freed yesterday after posting a $25,300 (£20,000) bail bond.
