ONE man has died and dozens left injured after a truck rammed into a bus stop outside an Israeli army base in a suspected terror attack.
At least six are in serious condition after the attack in Glilot, north of Tel Aviv, as Israel marks a national day of mourning for those killed in the October 7 massacre last year.
Police said the truck driver was shot and "neutralised" by armed civilians in the area.
They are investigating a possible motive but suspect it was a terror attack, The Times of Israel reports.
One of the victims died from his injuries after the horror smash, Tel Aviv Ichilov Medical Center said.
Medics said 33 people were wounded and a number of others were trapped under the vehicle.
The attack happened outside an Israel Defence Forces (IDF) base in Glilot.
A bus had reportedly stopped outside the base to drop off passengers when the truck rammed into the station, hitting those waiting there.
Many of those injured were OAPs who had just gotten off a bus to visit a nearby museum, according to local media reports.
Ichilov Hospital previously said one of the victims is in very serious condition and is undergoing surgery.
