TERRIFYING footage has shown the moment a worker was nearly crushed to death by a collapsing crane.
The shocking video caught the near-death moment in Chile on Wednesday.
Footage showed the horrifying aftermath of a mobile crane attempting to lift a heavy object.
Workers at the Port of Antofagasta, in northern Chile, were seen running as the huge machine started to tilt from the weight.
The port employees ran away as the back wheels started to lift off the ground.
These workers were also heard screaming "watch out" and "drop it" at each other and the operator.

The crane driver could then be seen jumping out of his cab as the structure was nearly halfway to the ground.
This man then ran down the pier just seconds before the crane crashed onto the ground.
The mishap took place during work to take down installations made by a construction firm to expand a desalination plant.
