Inside the courthouse cops had no issue with him changing the address he was bailed to - saying it didn't "appear to raise any flags at this time".

On his way back the car, Filly had a smile on his face and the entertainer then took the chance to blow smooches to waiting fans.

One supporter shouts at him: "Yeah, Yung Filly, you've got this, don't stress man, head up high."

Filly has not yet entered a plea or made a public statement on the charges

Other bail terms remain on Filly - including that he is unable to leave Western Australia until December and had to surrender his passport.

Filly did not request to change any of those restrictions placed on him, according to reports.

Last week, Filly risked breaching his bail conditions, the West Australian reported, after arriving only 20 minutes before the deadline for his reporting requirement.

The accommodation switch comes after WA Police Prosecutor Julius Depetro revealed in court that cops still want to speak to a key witness as part of their probe.

It is not yet clear what relationship that person had to Filly and why they were with him during the time surrounding the allegation.

Depetro also said there would be other witnesses police would speak to from other parts of the night.

Cops investigating him say they have an "extremely strong" case that includes CCTV footage of the social media star on the night of the alleged offences.

They say they have seen CCTV footage that confirms Filly was with the 20-year-old woman on September 28 - when she alleges the assault took place.

Filly's lawyer said his client "will need to lead a fairly quiet existence for a while".

Police arrested the rapper in Brisbane on October 10 and flew him six hours back across the Outback to face a court.

Footage showed Filly being escorted through Perth airport with his hands cuffed in front of him flanked by two officials.

Filly, who has 1.8m subscribers on YouTube, is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in her 20s in his Perth hotel on September 28.

The alleged assault unfolded after a performance at Bar1 Nightclub in the suburb of Hillarys on the night of September 27.
