BACK TO REALITY

Model Sophie Taylor pictured dancing with Prince William back to her day job serving chips – as Wills and Kate attend lavish Paris ball

The 24-year-old shrugged off her new found fame to deliver coffee, wine and beer to trippers at Verbier’s Farinet Hotel

THE model pictured high fiving Prince William during a boozy lunch was back at work today waiting on tables as he resumed his royal duties in Paris.

Aussie Sophie Taylor hit headlines this week when images surfaced of her with the Royal on his lads-only ski holiday.

But it was back to reality for Sophie today after she was seen clearing glasses at the Farinet bar in the posh Swiss ski resort of Verbier.

She shrugged off her new found fame to deliver coffee, wine and beer to trippers at the hotel.

Meanwhile William was also back to work making his first public appearances since videos of him  “dad dancing” and partying on the trip emerged.

TRESS YOUR AGE, KATE

By JOELY CHILCOTT

GREEN was the theme on St Patrick’s Day and Kate stuck to it with a Catherine Walker coat.
It was smart but we’ve seen that look before.
Her black ankle-length gown at the British Embassy was chic but William looked like he borrowed his garish cobalt suit from a second-hand car dealer.
Kate’s silver Jenny Packham gown skimmed over her figure. The cut of the dress was stunning but the satin fabric and half-up hairdo aged her.

Today William and wife Kate honoured the Irish Guards on St Patrick's Day in London before travelling to France for a two-day visit.

Kate, 35 — in a bespoke Catherine Walker green frock coat — handed shamrocks to the troops while Wills, as the Irish Guards’ Colonel, chatted with officers in the mess.

Wills couldn’t resist another cheeky pint to celebrate St Patrick’s Day, but a grumpy aide ruled out any repeat of his nightclub gyrations, insisting: “There will be no dancing.”

Yet Wills was reminded of his holiday antics at a posh dinner in Paris where a young music group performed Pharrell Williams’ hit Happy.

That was the song playing in the nightspot when the prince was seen with an Aussie model. Onlookers said the royal displayed no reaction.

First stop was a meeting with French President François Hollande at the Elysee Palace, for “bilateral talks”.

They chatted in English about previous meetings at First World War events and today’s Wales v France rugby.

Next up was a reception at the British Embassy to celebrate UK-French relations.

Kate changed into a figure-hugging Alexander McQueen black frock and pearl jewellery for the event, which marked the launch of “Les Voisins”, a celebration of links in art, sport and business.

Finally Wills and Kate attended a black-tie dinner at the Embassy, hosted by the ambassador, where musicians Kids United sang Happy.

Kate changed for the third time for the meal — donning a glam ice blue Jenny Packham dress. Meanwhile William, who had started the day in his regimental uniform before sporting two further blue suits, changed into a tux.

Also at the posh dinner were actresses Audrey Tautou, Dame Kristin Scott Thomas and footballer Robert Pires.

On the menu was sole crown and Dublin bay prawns, Welsh lamb with seasonal veg and roast potatoes — followed by a white and dark chocolate soufflé.

Wills was snapped high-fiving Sophie during a lunch washed down with beer, wine and Jagerbombs.

He was criticised for the timing of his holiday – which saw him miss a major Commonwealth event.

Later the group – which included hums Guy Pelly, James Meade and Tom Van Straubenzee - met up with the 24-year-old and her pal at another posh bar where the drinking continued.

One skier told The Sun: “If I were Kate I wouldn’t be very pleased to see my husband living it up with two stunning girls.

“William and his pals had skied to the restaurant, while the girls came up the mountain specially to meet them. The boys ate lunch and the girls joined them for a load of drinks.”

Videos later emerged showing the future King cavorting on a club dance floor with two beauties.

Wills, 34, is seen gyrating with a blonde believed to be Sophie and flirtatiously grabbing her cowboy hat and plonking it on his head in a Swiss club.

BACK ON TRACK

By JUDI JAMES Body Language Expert

KATE was firmly in charge during the St Patrick’s Day celebrations — she led the socialising as dour-faced Wills held back.
Maybe that pint of Guinness loosened him up, because on the other side of the Channel his body language became more confident, at least with Kate. He seemed awkward with Hollande but the royal couple definitely looked back on track.
They mirrored each other intensely, suggesting all is well. Unlike Diana, Kate showed no subtle signals of inner turmoil.
