Barack Obama’s brother posts forged document he claims is ex-president’s ‘Kenyan birth certificate’
Malik Obama posted a copy of what he says is the former president's real birth certificate, claiming he was born in Mombasa, Kenya.
Barack Obama's brother Malik has reignited the birther conspiracy by tweeting a picture of what he claims is his half-brother Barack's real birth certificate showing he was born in Mombasa, Kenya.
The certificate states that a male child called Barack Hussein Obama was born on August 4, 1961, - Obama's actual birthday - at Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa.
It also correctly lists his parents as Barack Hussein Obama and Stanley Ann Obama (née Dunham).
The time of birth is listed 7:24pm which matches the time on Obama's official birth certificate from the State of Hawaii, where he was actually born.
As well as posting the document, Malik Obama declared his support for Trump in a series of bizarre tweets.
Malik, a US citizen and resident of Kenya, wrote: "I stopped being the first brother of the United States and become Thot Patrol General for President Trump. God is Great!"
He also wrote "What's Barack Obama going to do that he couldn't' do for this family."
The Kenyan 'birth certificate' was originally offered for sale on eBay in 2009.

But the auction site took it down as it violated its policy prohibiting government documents being sold.
The document sparked a huge conspiracy among right wing circles who believed it questioned the legitimacy of Obama's presidency - as US constitution states that citizens born abroad cannot become president.
President Donald Trump was a huge supporter of the birther movement and accused Obama of lying about being born in Hawaii - but during his election campaign he acknowledged that the ex-president was born in the US.
Following months of speculation the White House released the original copy of Obama's birth certificate showing he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, in 2011.
Malik Obama has been accused of attention seeking by many - and the brothers have had a strained relationship over the years.
Malik once hit out at Obama accusing him of not doing enough to help his Kenyan relatives.
Last July he told the New York Post he would be voting for Trump.
