Sam Fox, 58, avoids jail for telling cop ‘I’ll knock your teeth out’ after drunken outburst grounded BA flight
PAGE 3 Sam Fox has avoided jail after after telling a cop "I'll knock your teeth out" when she was drunkenly hauled off a BA flight.
The model, 58, was on a plane from Heathrow Airport to Munich in Germany in December when the chaos erupted.
Fox, who admitted being drunk onboard an aircraft, verbally lashed out at PC Ashley Smith as she was hauled off the plane following concerns from staff.
She branded the cop a "ginger c***" and threatened to tell all about her experience on Good Morning Britain.
The singer, who has pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words to cause harassment, alarm or distress, also told the cop: "I know where you live".
A charge of assault by beating in relation to her wife Linda Olsen during the same incident has since been dropped.
Fox avoided jail at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court today and was instead handed a two-year community order.
She was also ordered to pay a total of £3,017 - £1718.09 in compensation to BA, £100 to PC Smith and £85 court costs.
Fox, who was said to earn £5,000 a month, will also have to pay £1,000 for being drunk on a plane and a surcharge of £114.
JPs heard how staff on the flight had been made aware Fox was "having an argument and being rude towards the gate staff" at 7pm.

Workers also said she was "walking and behaving strangely and was slurring her words, and staff could smell alcohol on her".
The court was told Fox began "behaving in a confrontational manner" towards her wife Linda.
After the ex-model began "rocking back and forth in her chair, headbutting the seat in front of her", the decision was made to return the plane to the gate.
Officers then arrived to remove Fox from the flight but she became "rude and argumentative" towards them.
In footage shown to the court, she told PC Smith to "p*** off" and threatened to "go on TV in two days and tell all about you".
Fox also told the officer "I know where you live, where your kids live, get me a lawyer".
She then branded him a "w****r" in a spree of "relentless and often vile" abuse that lasted until about 1.30am.
Speaking to the court today, PC Smith said: "The sustained level of abuse I was subjected to over a period well exceeding two hours was definitely the most long and most disgusting I have been subjected to."
Fox gave a no comment interview while in custody but mentioned the flight was to a "charity event" in Germany and apologised.
She later said she had bought "two large vodkas" at the airport and "was having a panic attack" by the time she boarded the plane, a probation officer told the court.
The British Airways plane was turned around, with holidaymakers forced to disembark due to the German airport’s strict 10pm closing time.
The flight - which was carrying 162 adults and four children - was delayed by 12 hours until 7.30am the next day.
British Airways said they had lost £1,718 and nine pence as a result of the mayhem, the court heard.
Fox began her career in The Sun 40 years ago before going on to pose nude for Playboy magazine and even insure her boobs for £1million.
She became a household name thanks to regular TV appearances - including Celebrity Big Brother and Celebrity Masterchef.
