Woman claims record for world’s widest TONGUE measuring nearly 4 INCHES – and she can lick four lollipops at once

A WOMAN who won the Guinness World Record for the world's widest tongue can lick four lollies at once.
Brittany Lacayo, from Houston, Texas, has a huge tongue that measures nearly 4 inches at its widest point.

Her tongue is so massive that it's almost the same width as a credit card and she is often pictured balancing heavy snacks on it.
The lawyer, who runs her own firm, can hold up to four lollipops in her mouth as well as grip onto a large chocolate bar.
Brittany decided to measure her tongue against the previous winner who boasted a width of 7.3cm.
She found that her tongue measures an astonishing 7.90cm - or 3.11 inches - at its widest point.

Stunned, she immediately got in contact withGuinness World Records and was awarded the World’s Widest Tongue title.
Brittany said: "When I show people my tongue, most are just shocked and laugh.
"I get funny questions but I eat and drink like everyone else and it has never caused me any problems."
In a clip shared to Guiness World Record's social media accounts, they showed Brittany sticking her tongue out and pressing it down.

She then holds up the big chocolate bar with her tongue before putting a ruler against it to prove its width.
The video was captioned: "Widest tongue (female) 7.9 cm (3.11 in) belonging to Brittany Lacayo."

It has gathered over 221,000 views, 9,000 likes and hundreds of comments from baffled users.
One said: "She deserve the biggest mouth too", while another wrote: "She can capture your destiny with her tongue."
A different user joked: "She’s tongue tied".

Now, she has been recognised for breaking the Guinness record for world’s largest mouth gape of a female.
Samantha, a medical sales representative, told Guinness that she feels "great" now her mouth is being celebrated – while it was once a huge insecurity.
