THIS is the shocking moment an ultra-luxurious yacht caught on fire off the coast of tourist hotspot Majorca.
The 30ft long vessel billowed black smoke as passengers desperately jumped into the water to escape.
Footage taken in Cala Figuera shows the luxury boat completely engulfed in flames and sinking under the Majorcan cliffs.
Another boat is seen nearing the fireball boat, presumably in an attempt to allow escapees on.
Thick black smoke is seen billowing from the boat as onlookers on other vessels watch on in horror.
Majorca's rescue control centre received a report about a fire at roughly 1.40pm on Tuesday.

The rescue service sent its 'Salvamar Saiph' vessel from Palma to the coast.
There were reportedly four adults onboard, all of whom saved themselves by desperately jumping into the sea, reports.
They were then let onto a private boat nearby and taken to safety.
Luckily the passengers were unharmed, but the luxury boat tragically sank.

The cause of the massive blaze is currently unknown.
It comes as a multi-million dollar superyacht caught on fire at a popular holiday destination.
The £14 million boat, called Atina, sunk just off Le Saline Beach in Oblia, Sardinia in Italy on Saturday morning where it was anchored.
Footage from the Olbia Coast Guard shows the luxury boast completely engulfed in flames and sinking while being doused with an extinguisher.
Onboard were 16 tourists from Turkey who managed to escape the blaze.
They were collected by firefighters and coastguards and there were no reported injuries.
The boat ended up on the seabed about 22ft deep.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation after the fire began in Atina's engine compartment.
Among those on board was Serkan Borancili, who owned the 150 ft super yacht.
