UBER'S CEO admitted he "needs help" after being filmed in a foul-mouthed shouting match - with one of his own drivers.

Travis Kalanick was recorded arguing with one of the taxi app's drivers in a row over its low fares.

In a video obtained by , driver Fawzi Kamel is filmed raging: "I lost money — $7,000 (£5,660) — because of you.

“I’m bankrupt because of you.”

Kamel's dashcam then caught Kalanick launch a broadside back at him during the tirade, which reportedly took place on 2 February.

He fires back: "Bulls**t!"

Before adding: "You know what. Some people don’t like to take responsibility for their own s**t.

“They blame everything in their life on someone else.”

The billionaire businessman then slams the door of the cab.

He was forced into an embarrassing apology yesterday after the footage emerged.

In an email to staff, he wrote: "To say that I am ashamed is an extreme understatement.

"It’s clear this video is a reflection of me — and the criticism we’ve received is a stark reminder that I must fundamentally change as a leader and grow up.

"This is the first time I’ve been willing to admit that I need leadership help and I intend to get it.”

He had been on the backseat of the taxi alongside two women discussing his work ethic.

The Uber founder bragged: “If it’s easy, I’m not pushing hard enough."

Kalanick, 40, recently revealed how he planned to have driverless Uber cars on the road within four years.
