DAVID Lammy refused to apologise for a Nazi jibe at Donald Trump yesterday — but insisted they can do business if he becomes President.
As an MP in 2018, the now Foreign Secretary called him a neo-Nazi-sympathising sociopath.
Asked about the comment, he said: “You’ll struggle to find anyone who hasn’t had things to say about Donald Trump.
“We’ll work with whomever the US choose to put in the White House.”
Mr Lammy also said he could work with running mate JD Vance, who called Britain the first “truly Islamist” nuclear state under Labour.
He said: “Let me just say on JD Vance that I’ve met him now on several occasions, we share a similar working class background with addiction issues in our family.

"We’ve written books on that.
"We’ve talked about that.
"And we’re Christians.
"So I think I can find common ground with JD Vance.”
