Police release CCTV showing missing man Lewis Ball, 26, on the night he vanished after partying with friends

CCTV footage shows a missing 26-year-old man on the night he disappeared.

Lewis Ball has not been seen since the early hours of February 5, after a night out with friends.

He had been partying at Thelka nightclub in The Grove, Bristol, and CCTV shows him walking through the city at 3.42am.

Police are appealing for witnesses as they carry out a land and water search in a bid to trace Lewis.

Detective Inspector Adam Stacey said: “We’re continuing to support and update Lewis’ family and friends while we do everything we can to find him.

“They have confirmed the man in the CCTV is Lewis and so we know he was still in the area some 20 minutes after he left Thekla.

“Were you in the harbourside area during the early hours of 5 February? Did you see Lewis?

“We’re still keen for anyone who was in the area and saw Lewis and who hasn’t already made contact with us to get in touch.”

Lewis is described as white, 5ft 9ins tall and of slim build. He has ginger hair with a long fringe.

He was wearing a grey pea coat, black jumper, black skinny jeans and brown ankle boots when he went missing.

Anyone who sees Lewis is asked to call 999 and provide the call handler with the reference 5217027202.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 101 quoting the same reference.
