The Django Unchained star, who is in Dubrovnik filming for his next movie, was eating in a posh restaurant when the alleged shocking attack occurred.
Foxx posted a video of the aftermath to his Instagram page – which has since been deleted – revealing in comments that two men had called him “crncuga”.

Local cops have now filed disorderly conduct charges against two men aged 44 and 50 in connection with the incident.
Police said they acted after receiving reports on Sunday of "particularly arrogant and rude" insults made against restaurant guests.
The alleged comments included some against "one of the guests on racial grounds", officers added.
The police statement did not name Foxx as the target, and he has only been identified by his initial social media posts.
