When she split from Alec Wildenstein in 1999 she set a record for divorce settlements and become one of America’s most wealthiest woman.
She reportedly secured a £2m divorce payment and £80m a year in maintenance.
Currently she lives in a £10m apartment in Trump Towers which is owned by the maverick US President.
In December reported Wildenstein could not even afford food after her ex-husband maintenance payment was cut off.
Has Wildenstein denied having plastic surgery?
In an interview with the , the socialite denied having cosmetic surgery and credited her Swiss background for her "high cheekbones and long hair."
Her fiance Lloyd Klein even told the Mail that when the couple are in France Wildenstein is often mistaken for French actress and iconic sex symbol Brigitte Bardot.
When asked directly is she has ever had surgery, the 77-year-old said: "No, especially when we look back at my pictures - I think of course I am maybe more beautiful (back then).
"When we are young there's a certain freshness we lose with the years. But you still find the same eyes, same high cheeks, or same nose. I think I was more pretty."
