THIS is the shocking moment a driver screams "what's going on?" as he's arrested for ploughing a car into a busy McDonald's.
A 31-year-old man driving a white Vauxhall Astra smashed into the fast food restaurant in Doncaster on Saturday evening - leaving a customer fighting for his life.
Terrifying footage from the scene shows a mass of emergency services surrounding the Maccies after the car crashed through the building and wedged itself into the seating area.
The man in the vehicle appears to be in distress with blood pouring down his face as cops attempt to get him out of the driver-side door.
As an officer grabs his wrist, the man shouts: "What's going on? What's going on? What's going on?"
A 37-year-old man, believed to be eating in the McDonald's at the time, was rushed to hospital with critical injuries.

South Yorkshire Police raced to the scene around 4pm on Saturday along with Yorkshire Air Ambulance and medics.
The 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving.
Cops evacuated the McDonald's as a safety precaution.
In a statement, the force said: "We were called around 4pm on Saturday, June 22, to reports of a road traffic collision at McDonald's on Thorne Road, Doncaster.

"It is reported that a white Vauxhall Astra collided into the side of the restaurant building.
"Officers attended the scene, supported by officers from British Transport Police, and the fire and ambulance service.
"McDonald's has been evacuated as a safety precaution.
"A 31-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving.
"A 37-year-old man has been taken to hospital where his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
"We are asking people to avoid the area while emergency services conduct their work."
