Since the early days of the 3310 Nokia has attempted to keep up with the wave of new smartphones but more recently has done better by making newer versions of old phones.

The launch event is on February 26 in Barcelona.

This will target the European market, with other regions for distribution not immediately known.

A former soldier and fan of the model could win the title of owning the oldest mobile phone as he still uses a Nokia 3310 which he brought almost 17 years ago.
