The clip starts with the cyclist spotting the van driver’s callously throwing his trash from his vehicle window on a quiet residential street.

But the motorist is soon confronted by the brave truth seeker who stops his bike across the road.

The cyclist says: “You wanna pick up your litter?”

In a dramatic twist, the tense stand-off is defused when the driver opens his car door and picks up the litter.

The inspiring moment is then sealed with the motorist offers an apologetic wave to the petty-crime enforcing bike enthusiast.

The video was uploaded to the video sharing platform by Sue Perbs whose account is captioned 'The Justice League of Video Cyclists'.

Most users commenting on the video backed the cyclist’s fearless actions.

While some posters pointed out that there was bin behind the van.
