RUSSIAN singer and Vladimir Putin-fanatic Olga Buzova has issued a grovelling apology after dressing like a "dominatrix" at a concert for kids.
The popstar, 38, is under investigation for her "offensive" outfit as the Russian despot continues to crack the whip on "debauchery".
The singer dressed in a racy black one-piece with fishnet stockings and thigh-high boots while performing on-stage at an event held in honour of Children's Protection Day.
Buzova was forced to apologise for her outfit as she waits to see whether she will be prosecuted.
She said: "My team and I apologise if my outfit was offensive.
"I always bring love and kindness. I live and work for the good of the Motherland. And everyone knows this.
"Don't look for evil where there is none."
Russia's assault on Ukraine has gone hand-in-hand with a renewed crackdown on behaviour it deems to be inappropriate.
One OnlyFans model, Lolita Bogdanova, was said to have been put on the Kremlin's "wanted" list after she went topless in Moscow's Red Square, after a Russian man was detained for performing a song at a club in St Petersburg while nearly naked.
Regional lawmaker Rustem Akhmadinurov condemned singer Buzova's "shocking and inappropriate" performance, which he said showed a defiance of tradition.
And Putin's "moral guardian" Ekaterina Mizulina raged: "It’s as if we live in two parallel worlds - on one hand, there’s the special military operation and a civil war in Ukraine, people are dying.
"On the other hand, part of society continues to live in some other world and promote values that are fading into the past."
Ms Akhmadinurov compared Buzova's appearance to a celebrity "nearly naked" party denounced by Putin in Moscow last year.
Speaking of the party, which involved one famous rapper wearing just a sock to cover his manhood, Buzova eulogised dictator Putin and told fans that she found him attractive.
She said: "I like strong men such as our president.
"At one time he was an ideal for me.
"I think many girls have fallen in love with the head of our amazing country."
The tyrant's moral guardian Ms Mizulina - who has recently been romantically linked to Putin - said: "The whole country has been living differently for a long time. We have changed."
She claimed Buzova had gone too far by dressing the way she did on a stage in Ufa, a mainly Muslim city in Russia - despite the local mayor singing her praises.
Ms Mizulina said: "Buzova appeared on stage in an extremely revealing outfit.
"All this was watched by a huge number of children and teenagers.
"Residents of the region are very outraged by this situation. And I agree with them. Why provoke people like that?
"Especially in a region where there are many believers? To annoy them? I do not understand this."
Russian war pundit Sergei Mardan blamed officials for arranging her performance.
Media personality Igor Sushko, who says he was born in Ukraine, on X that the singer "dressed as a dominatrix to celebrate International Day for Protection of Children".
Another viewer said the performance was "depraved".
Russia's Investigative Committee is said to be examining the popstar's performance after receiving a large number of complaints.
