12 people arrested after mass brawl in Woolwich leaves three men in hospital with stab wounds
TWELVE people have been arrested after a mass brawl broke out this evening leaving three men in hospital with stab wounds.
Cops said the fight took place on Thomas Street in Woolwich, south-east London, at around 6.25pm.
The three victims were rushed to hospital, but their conditions are currently unknown.
A Section 60 is in place until 9.37am on Saturday covering the SE18 area.
This allows police to stop and search people without reasonable grounds.
Witnesses said there are multiple cop cars and an ambulance on the scene.

Videos shared on social media showed the brawl breaking out just outside the Earl of Chatham pub.
What is Section 60?
SECTION 60 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 allows a police officer to stop and search a person without suspicion.
Where a Section 60 is in place, it means police can search anyone in a certain area, for example, when there is evidence that serious violence has taken place or may take place.
It is set for a limited time and allows officers to stop and search people without reasonable grounds.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: "Police were called at around 6.25pm on Friday, 31 May, to a fight in Thomas Street, Woolwich.
"Officers attended the location and found three males suffering stab injuries.
"All have been taken to hospital; officers await an assessment of their conditions.
"Additional officers have been deployed to the area and a total of 12 people have been arrested in connection with the incident. Enquiries continue.
"A Section 60 is in place until 9.37am on 1 June covering the SE18 postcode area."
