A RIDDLE surrounding the death of a woman knifed to death at her mansion has deepened after it emerged she abruptly left a murder mystery party before the killing.

Kamonnan Thiamphanit, known as Angela to pals, was found dead at her £4million home in Bayswater, central London, last month.

An inquest heard previously how the prime suspect in the 27-year-old's killing has fled abroad.

Chilling new details from the night she was slaughtered have now emerged.

On April 6, Angela had been enjoying a murder mystery board game night with pals when she left suddenly in the early hours.

The dual Hong Kong-Chinese national claimed there had been an "emergency" and that she was booking an Uber, reports.

Kevin Xia, 22, who hosted the party, said she had “seemed more distracted than usual”.

He added: "I remember thinking she wasn’t playing the game like usual in the last half an hour [because] she was constantly texting someone."

Angela's Google Map history reveals she left the flat in Aldgate East at around 3.39am before making her way back to her £4million home in Bayswater.

In another bizarre twist, her iPad played violent rap music on her television for five hours before and after her disappearance.

The timecodes were from 2.38am until 7.26am - meaning it was playing when Angela was playing the Chinese murder mystery game Werewolf at her friend's house.

Boyfriend Chris Zeng said it was music she "would never listen to" - including songs with lyrics about knife and gun violence.

At one stage, Angela stopped messaging her long-distance partner but later started texting him in English, which they never normally communicated in.

Two days later, her body was discovered after neighbours heard high-pitched screaming.

Angela's family believe she was killed by an unknown man who messaged her on AirBnB before she was found dead.

She had agreed to let the stranger rent her six-bedroom mansion on April 5 for around £30,000 and was due to receive the money that night.

Angela told Chris he wanted to see the property in "person" after jetting to London on a private jet.

The man reportedly met with Angela before she left the house to join her friends at the game night.

She had been planning to stay at a hotel that night as the stranger was moving his stuff in.

On April 7, three of Angela's friends went to check up on her after Chris began receiving "suspicious" responses on Airbnb.

They called police after finding her shoes missing from where she usually left them by the stairs.

Officers eventually forced their way in the following day and made the tragic discovery.

The inquest was told extradition proceedings are underway to bring the suspected killer back to the UK.

DCI Alison Foxwell told the hearing: "We believe that the person who attacked her was known to her, this isn't a stranger attack but at some point after the 6 April at 6.15am she was attacked in the address and sustained a number of stab injuries.

"We are currently seeking the perpetrator but cannot give much more information about that at this stage, I'm afraid."

When asked for further details by coroner Fiona Wilcox, DCI Foxwell said: "We have a named individual. I think it unlikely that the person will be arrested in the next two weeks.

"We are asking the CPS whether we have sufficient evidence to extradite somebody from outside the UK."

The Met confirmed friends called them at 7.05pm and 9.34pm on Sunday with welfare concerns but police did not attend, filing the reports as a medium-risk missing person inquiry.
